Product Review: Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin E Mask Review
Hello friends, Elizabeth here and this week we’re going to tackle a product that has been on the dock. That product is the Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin E Mask. Wishtrend was amazing and generous enough to send Jane and I a PR package (you can view Jane’s review of the Vitamin C 75 Maximizing Cream + Pure Vitamin C serum here) and I had the opportunity to try this mask out.
I had been hoping to get this review out sooner, but the weather has been changing so drastically in the last month and I realized really quick that this mask works a little bit differently depending on the weather. I’ve been testing this mask for close to four months now and the results are in!
Overall, I’m satisfied with this mask and I saw some really great results. Read on for the details!

About the Product
This product is a unique jello-like mask that sticks to your skin and absorbs very quickly. It’s unique consistency is meant to act as a sort of memory foam, so it molds to your face to provide the closest contact with your skin possible. This mask is an anti-aging mask that’s packed with antioxidants and promotes cell regeneration.
Vitamin E: Natural antioxidant that helps promote cell regeneration by increasing collagen production. Vitamin E is also a really good hydrating ingredient that’s great for treating dry patches.
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3 + nicotinic acid): This ingredient targets fine lines and brightens skin.
Adenosine: Adenosine is a great anti-wrinkle ingredient and promotes cell regeneration.
Note: What makes this mask’s formulation so unique is that all three of the key ingredients work better if you combine them with Vitamin C. If you add in a product like the Klairs Vitamin C Freshly Juiced, you will find that you get even better results!
This mask has a very citrusy smell that is neither overpowering nor artificial, I found the scent to be very refreshing.
It comes in a sturdy plastic jar and Klairs is awesome enough to provide a small scooper so you can get the product out. Since it’s plastic, I would say that it’s travel friendly but I wouldn’t recommend taking it on your carry on. Even though the jar does meet the TSA limit of 3.04 oz, the container is fairly large and would be heavy to carry around.
Pudding or jello-like texture that absorbs very quickly. This mask threw me off at first because I had never experienced such a texture. When you scoop out some of the product, the product will smooth out again after about a minute.
How I used it
I used this mask as a sleep mask and I combined it with the COSRX Triple C Lightning Liquid. I used this mask 2-3 times a week.
It’s been a really pleasant journey with this mask, even though it has been a long one. I found that this mask works VERY differently depending on the weather and I got very different results during drastic weather changes. While I did see some good results when I used this during cold weather, I found that the results I got were even better during warmer weather.
Cold Weather (Jan-March): During cold weather, this mask created a sort of second skin on my face that was a bit hard to wash off, almost like a peel. I found that I had to use a manual exfoliator to make sure that I removed the entire mask and I experienced a bit of peeling. However, I can’t deny the results even with the peeling. My skin looked visibly brighter, but it didn’t feel any different.
Warm Weather (April-Present): This mask in warm weather is a whole other ball game. It works very well when the weather is a lot warmer and I didn’t experience any peeling. It washed off a lot easier than it did when the weather was colder and it didn’t stick like a peel. My skin feels a lot more hydrated and it looks just as bright.
I think this mask works a lot better during warm weather because the mask it’s texture is fairly light and absorbs very quickly. In both cold and warm weather, I found that this mask worked a lot better when combined with a Vitamin C product. Overall, I really enjoyed this mask and give it a 4/5.
